I hope this finds you happy and enjoying your summer!!

We've been working on my she-shed (aka "The Cottage"πŸͺ΄πŸ‘)

and Pepa (my 86-year-old FIL who lives with us 🫣) has been building

a duck house for our second set of duck parents this year.
​
I'm a huge fan of the doTERRA skin care line since it's safe,

but I've really had to be extra careful with the sun

since I suspect I have MCAS along with POTS

which now gives me hives after long intense sun exposure...

no fun for someone who loves the outdoors 🌴 and travel. πŸ›³οΈ

BTW, Josh is a piano tuner (traveling out of Lexington, KY)
